serious dog abandonment problems in Taiwan
From what I can gather, there are a lot of pet dogs being abandoned at Taiwan. My wife is looking at buying a pet dog. I am totally against having a pet mainly because of my upbringing. I am against buying a pet because you are encouraging the pet breeders to breed more. What are your thoughts?
