整篇很傷腦力的翻完了可是這段...我還是搞不懂
No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising on the part of either party, any right or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder of the other party or the giving of time for performance shall be deemed to be the waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
還有下面一句意思是"除非任一方聲明他訂立的協議有附加條款"嗎?
unless any of the parties declares that he would not have entered into this Agreement without the incriminated provisions thereof
