[問題] Memories On TV v3.1.7 專業版 兩個問題

本人於頂客論壇下載了 Memories On TV v3.1.7 專業版 相片光碟製作工具, 但出現了以下兩個問題:
1. 每次使用都要重新登記才可以消除水印,
2.當選定相片, 音樂及效果, 預覽都沒問題, 到了建立專輯100%時便彈出 "Runtime Error! This applicatuion has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." 的字句失敗告終。

請問各專家朋友可為小弟解決此難題, 先此多謝。
