上次整雞 多多少少落左鹽落左糖 咪想整個無鹽無糖嘅餸囉 喂 原來真係得 有得諗喎
Ingredients
• 2 lbs Pork Butt Meat aka Cantonese ChaShiu / 4 servings
• 3 Green Onion
• 1 Yam
• 1 Orange Pepper
• 1 Yellow Pepper
• 1 Onion
• 1 Chinese Yam aka Cantonese HuaiShan
• 1 Garlic
• 1 tablespoon Ground Turmeric
• 2 tablespoons Curry powder
• 1 Chicken Broth / 350ml
• 50ml Cooking Wine / optional
Directions
1. Cut Pork Butt meat into piece / chewable size
2. Cut Garlic into tiny pieces / set aside
3. Cut vegetables and herbs into pieces / mix together
4. Boil 350ml chicken broth with Curry and Turmeric powder mix
5. Prefry all ingredients in following order: Garlic > Meat > Vege Mix
6. Transfer all ingredients into curry base
7. Add 50ml cooking wine / optional
8. Fill water to cover ingredients
9. Boil for 15 minutes in medium heat
